Our office teams provide full back-office and operational support, with a 24/7 phone and email service, ensuring help is always available when it’s needed. Working across the UK through regional managers, operations teams and coordinators, we combine local knowledge with national coverage to deliver a responsive, reliable service for every client, no matter the scale or complexity of the project.

Led by CEO Ed Driver alongside Directors Shaun Altwig, Mike Matthews and Head of Security, Oliver Connelly, Five Star is built on strong leadership and a clear commitment to its people.

At the heart of Five Star are our crew and security teams, the people who make it all happen.

From builds and technical support to security operations and breakdowns, they work safely, efficiently and professionally across every environment. Each team member is selected for their skill, attitude and reliability and supported by ongoing training to ensure consistently high standards, whether working on a small corporate set-up or a large-scale, complex operation.
