We are looking for a reliable and organised Operations Assistant to join our operational team during the summer season.

3 months FTC – Hybrid

The Operations Assistant will support the operational team in all aspects of client delivery, with the focus being on workforce allocation, administrative support and large project planning.

Description of Role

Workforce Allocation:

  • Assess resource needs and allocate staff to jobs based on skills, availability and job requirements using our scheduling system.
  • Ensure that all staffing requirements are met promptly, adjusting workforce allocation as necessary based on workload changes or urgent needs.
  • Coordinate with Regional Managers to understand resource requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, company policies and working time regulations.

Administrative Support:

  • Supply staff information to our clients, including completion of event accreditations.
  • Provide important job-specific information to our staff.
  • Ensure staff profiles are fully complete on our scheduling system.
  • Cross-check geographical locations on our scheduling system.
  • Any ad hoc duties that may arise.

  • Communication Skills: Clear communication with the operational team and a casual workforce.
  • Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in scheduling.
  • Problem-solving: Responding quickly to staffing or operational issues.
  • Time Management: Prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
