Workforce Allocation:
- Assess resource needs and allocate staff to jobs based on skills, availability and job requirements using our scheduling system.
- Ensure that all staffing requirements are met promptly, adjusting workforce allocation as necessary based on workload changes or urgent needs.
- Coordinate with Regional Managers to understand resource requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, company policies and working time regulations.
Administrative Support:
- Supply staff information to our clients, including completion of event accreditations.
- Provide important job-specific information to our staff.
- Ensure staff profiles are fully complete on our scheduling system.
- Cross-check geographical locations on our scheduling system.
- Any ad hoc duties that may arise.
- Organisational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and workforce information.
- Communication Skills: Clear communication with the operational team and a casual workforce.
- Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in scheduling.
- Problem-solving: Responding quickly to staffing or operational issues.
- Time Management: Prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
