As a Booking Administrator, you will be responsible for
Key Responsibilities
- To provide high level of administrative and communications support to the Client Account team.
 - Act as the main point of contact for clients by telephone and email, handling any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
 - Monitor client satisfaction and work closely across internal teams
 
Quoting and Scheduling:
The candidate will;
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone and email and create quotes using the company’s quoting software.
 - Add jobs to the scheduling system, ensuring accurate and timely entry of all necessary information.
 - Follow up with clients regaring outstanding quotes to understand client needs and provide feedback to the Client Services team to secure future work.
 - Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination of services for clients.
 - Updating the scheduling system, sending personnel names to clients, updating onsite contact numbers and general crew notes ahead of the job taking place.
 
Person requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
 - Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
 - Proficiency in using relevant software applications for quoting and scheduling.
 - A proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
 - Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages, including emails, teams, Excel and Word.
 - Desired experience in the use of customer relationship management systems.
 - Experience within an administrative role in a fast-paced environment.
